Shearwater, a band that's now signed to Sub Pop Records, have released a new song for download via e-mail or streaming. Along with the jump to a new a label the band has decided to move in a new direction from their slower more progressive past work. The main difference being they turned up the volume and mixed in some rock stylings to their sound. The texture of the vocals, guitars, and drums is something worth appreciating.
