Atoms For Peace--a.k.a. Thom Yorke & Fwendz--have dropped a new music video for the track "Before Your Very Eyes," and it's definitely up there with some of my favorite musically oriented visuals of this year! The odd waves of brown fluid lapping up against jagged rock structures reminds me of something I'd catch on MTV back in the 90s. There's something a little dated about the style, look, aesthetic; however, it's still a pretty chilling video. There's something beautiful about seeing Thom Yorke's head depicted as a piece of rubble from a lost city. The way his mouth moves and face emotes as he's singing is incredibly true to life as well.
