Sun Araw releases this video and track as a premiere on
Chocolate Grinder. The song is a meandering guitar-pedal jam without forward momentum, a lazy summer afternoon refracted through Sun Araw's psychedelic lens. Percussive clicks, synthesizer washes, and what sounds like a very-manipulated insect noise cycle through the piece, held together by a loopy, slowly-looping bass. The video, directed by Daniel Brantley is no less weird,rapidly switching between images of lemons, marbles, and a child's face all recorded on Super 8 film.
