Some stellar visuals coming from the new Here We Go Magic video for "How Do I Know." The song is off the band's forthcoming LP A Different Ship. It'll be out on Secretly Canadian on May 8th.
HWGM is still working with the groove-based and krautrock-influenced sounds that made the band's last album, Pigeons, so enchanting. Though this style of experimental rock is informing this music heavily, the band really knows how to make it light-hearted, fun, and poppy. The video helps along with those feelings as well, featuring a man who is torn between his disabled wife and dancing robot. It's an odd story accompanied with a beautiful color palette.
