Phantom Balance is an up-and-coming and surprisingly aggressive hip hop duo who's gone under a pretty noticeable aesthetics change over the past year or so.

They've got a new mixtape on the way titled loser, which is dropping on the first of March. Keep track; it could be something worth hearing!

Superchunk / Coliseum Cover the Misfits

Aside from sales and a celebration of what makes buying physical albums great, here's another reason to look forward to Record Store Day on 4/16: A split 7'' of Misfits covers from Superchunk and Coliseum.

The Misfits's importance in underground music is no secret, and it's great to see their darkened approach to punk music is still relevant today. All you need to know is Superchunk is taking on "Horror Business," and Coliseum will be raging on the song "Bullet." Listen to Superchunk's cover below:
