Even though it leaves me starving for more, Timber Timbre's latest record features some of the best tracks and instrumentation to ever come out of this project.

The Frights - Self-Titled
New Tracks4 CommentsSan Diego surf-punk trio The Frights put out their self-titled debut LP this past Halloween, a fitting release date given that the band describes itself as the “house band for a 1950’s underwater Halloween party.” With its delightfully messy, reverb-drenched recording and “dirty” take on doo wop, The Frights is simply a rip-roaring good time through and through. Have a listen above and enjoy!
Timber Timbre- "Black Water"
Videos1 CommentTimber Timbre drops a video for Creep On Creepin' On's "Black Water," which just might be one of the creepiest albums of 2011.
The video as directed by "Exploding Motor Car," and I thought everything in this video was an awesome, underwater sea urchin until I realized they're all puppets. Hooray for fooling me, I guess. Still, I think seeing all these things bring this lost diver up to the light is a little spine-tingling.
