The New Division is a California five-piece with a crisp, modern new wave sound. Call it reviving, recycling, or repurposing. It's not gonna matter after that powerful drum machine hits the mix like a ton of bricks. The band writes pretty concise pop tunes, but blurs them with a hefty amount of reverb on the vocals. The synths are a treat, too.
