This is what seems to be the first and only single from Helsinki dancepop outfit Veterans of Youth. They dropped this track in my inbox, describing it as "opiate disco for the empty streets and subway tunnels, when the sun's coming up, your high is coming down and you're trying to find your way home from the afterparty."
I guess I can't argue there. I'd just like to add the keyboard and beat combo creates a pretty boss atmosphere.
