A new collection of tracks from the previously mentioned Black Jungle Squad. Brainfeeder's Jeremiah Jae, a.k.a. Black Daffi, still delivers the production and most of the rap verses that you'll come across on this thing, Gesus sees the involvement on Tre on a great deal of these tracks, too.
Even though Gesus does come with a slight lineup change, the very understated, slow, and breezy vibe remains. It's not a hip hop sound that always grips me, but when I'm in the mood for it, I see this project doing very nicely--especially since the production is so textured, sample-heavy, and soulful. Enjoy!
