A new, sprawling track from Spencer Krug's Moonface project, which will be collaborating on its next album with the Finnish band Siinai. The LP's titled Heartbreaking Bravery, and it will be coming out on April 17th.
"Headed For the Door" is a pretty atmospheric track, featuring a patient beat and steady keys; along with some light percussion soaked in reverb in the background that gives a raindrop effect. Krug's vocal delivery and lyrics are on point as usual, giving the whole track his trademark mysterious and abstract style. Eventually, it builds into some whining guitars for an added splash effect, while Krug does a spoken word portion reminiscent of Sonic Youth.
