Diarrhea Planet - "Kids"
New TracksCommentDiarrhea Planet release their second single off of I'm Rich Beyond Your Wildest Dreams on Infinity Cat. For most of the duration of the song, the focus is on the vocals, with an arpeggiated guitar providing a bed for them. At 2:48, the song turns into a guitar-jam, mixing flashy solos with overdriven power. This song is a dynamic, exciting slice of indie-rock.
JEFF the Brotherhood- "Wastoid Girl"
VideosComment"Wastoid Girl" is my favorite track on JEFF the Brotherhood's new album We Are The Champions, so when I found out that the band had made a video for it, I was pretty psyched. When I found out that the video featured the band's two members driving around in a badass looking car while looking incredibly serious and not wearing shirts, I was even more psyched. The clip's dirty looking, grungy aesthetic works well with the band's lo-fi power pop sound, which is a style that this band pulls off better than a lot of their peers. Also, naked girls. And they get covered in blood.
We Are The Champions is out now via Infinity Cat Records. Find an audio review of the album right here.

Yeah, it kinda sounds like Weezer, but who is complaining?
