Evian Christ's typically dark, moody production sounds like it's been infused with power electronics or industrial on this new track titled "Waterfall." The massive drops of bass sound fantastic against the really eerie, atmospheric synth leads playing throughout this track. He progressively builds the track into this mountain of low-end mayhem that's both frightening and cathartic.

In the Red Records is ending 2010 with a busy schedule. They're releasing new records from the Intelligence,  Cheap Time, and even the Demon's Claws. However, the album I'm looking forward to the most is the one featured above. This band goes by the name the Fresh & Onlys, and they've been getting love from every corner of the blogosphere for the past couple years.

The new album is titled  Play It Strange, and that promise is kept on "Waterfall." It's an eerie number, marking the slow death of archaic mediums like television and radio. There's a bit of surf rock guitar bouncing around the mix, too. Stream & download the track below:
