Dan Campbell, frontman of The Wonder Years and Aaron West & The Roaring Twenties, has announced a solo tour set to hit the road in early 2027.
What began as a one-night show at the Ukie Club in Philadelphia morphed into a full-blown tour because of demand from eager fans. Tickets for the Philly show sold out in seconds, according to Campbell, which prompted him to schedule two additional nights at the club. The shows have now sparked An Evening With Dan Campbell, which will begin in February of next year, with tickets going on sale this Friday.
Campbell, a man of many bands, expects to play a little bit of everything. The shows will also showcase some of his poetry and short stories. He intends this to be a completely solo venture, with Campbell himself selling merch, driving the van, etc.
Most known for his work with the pop-punk group The Wonder Years, Campbell is never not busy. The songwriter moonlights as Aaron West and also writes music under his own name.
The Wonder Years have been mostly quiet on the new music front since 2022's The Hum Goes on Forever, although Campbell has confirmed that they're actively working on the next record. Additionally, there is a graphic novel in the works for his Aaron West project.
