Diddy accused of sexually assaulting child actor in new lawsuit

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing another civil lawsuit alleging sexual misconduct, this time from an anonymous plaintiff who claims the music executive assaulted him at a Hollywood Hills networking event in 2007 when he was a minor.

Combs is currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence after being convicted of transportation to engage in prostitution.

According to a lawsuit first reported by TMZ, the plaintiff, identified only as John Doe, alleges he met Combs at a networking event in the Hollywood Hills when he was a child actor. The lawsuit claims Combs invited him to speak privately about career opportunities before touching him inappropriately and performing oral sex on him.

The complaint alleges Combs told Doe he would keep him in mind for future acting opportunities before leaving the gathering. Doe says he later left the event in shock.

Doe is seeking unspecified damages from Combs and several agents who were present at the event. The lawsuit alleges the agents failed in their duty to protect him from foreseeable harm.

Representatives for Combs denied the allegations in a statement provided to TMZ.

"The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He's just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest."

The lawsuit is one of dozens of civil complaints filed against Combs in recent months. More than 70 civil lawsuits have been filed against him since October 2025.

Combs remains incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix in Fort Dix, New Jersey, and is scheduled for release on Feb. 23, 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
