Conservative rocker Kid Rock has gone all in on his faith and announced the release of his first Christian album, Halfway 2 Jesus, due out October 17 via Top Dog Records.

In conjunction, Rock dropped a music video for the album's first single, "James 1:17 (Jesus Is King)," available below:

In the video, the rap-rocker, whose real name is Bob Ritchie, is seen asking a dude if he wants to go to a revival before the video cuts to Rock inside his Nashville bar sporting a Tupac shirt and singing the single with his backing band.

Directed by Blake Judd, the video is dedicated to Kalvin Lynch and Jimmie Bones, the latter of whom is the founding keyboardist of The Twisted Brown Trucker Band, currently battling amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

Halfway 2 Jesus's 17 tracks include features from fellow Detroit rapper Eminem, Rascall Flatts vocalist Gary LeVox, and Jimmie Allen, as well as song titles such as "Freedom," "7 Sins" and "I Don't Drink the Whiskey Anymore."
