Lily Allen taps JADE for "Beg For Me" remix

Today, Lily Allen shared a remix of "Beg For Me," one of her tracks off her 2025 album, West End Girl. Transforming the song — an industrial-flavored, lyrical Hail Mary for a failing relationship to repair itself — into a plead for advice between friends, the British singer-songwriter has called upon JADE of Little Mix to share some words about her former marriage.

Listen to "Beg For Me" (JADE Remix) below:

Phone calls are essential to the storytelling behind Lily Allen's latest record, which recounts the unraveling of her marriage to Stranger Things star David Harbour in real-time through long-distance calls, found receipts, and hard conversations with both him and his other partners. ("West End Girl," "Madeleine") "Beg For Me," while originally told solely through Allen's perspective, now gets similar treatment and the introduction of JADE, serving as the narrator's best friend providing comfort through a difficult time.

"Just checking in, I know there’s a lot going on right now,” the former Little Mix member says to introduce the track. "So, how you feeling?” Then, now above a refurbished, dancier beat, Lilly Allen proceeds with the first verse unchanged.

JADE then takes center-stage further along the track, dishing her own advice. "His fragile ego ain’t worth your tears," she sings in her verse before adding:

"So don’t you forget, before you both met/ You were that bitch with the razor tongue/ So take that pain and make it your blade/ ‘Cause it breaks my heart when I hear you say (Yeah)"

West End Girl's fan-favorite "Pussy Palace" also gets a lyrical callback through JADE's little monologue, and she ends her statement by calling Allen's ex "weak" for not seeing how special and powerful his ex-wife is.

West End Girl came out October 24, 2025 with only a week's notice from Lily Allen. It was her first album since 2018's No Shame, ending her seven-year hiatus from music. She has also been taking the record on tour throughout the UK, Europe, and North America this past year, and she'll be making another loop later this fall. Tickets are available now.
