The Funny Guy himself, Schoolboy Q, announced yesterday (July 8) that he is wrapping up his next full-length album titled, Thank Que. Q made the announcement via an Instagram Story where he said, "New cHapter. Wrapping up tHis 12 song album called 'THANK QUE' been working on tHis for a minute. Yes I'm coming back."

Q's last record, Blue Lips, was released in 2024 to critical acclaim and boasted a wide line-up of features like Freddie Gibbs, Rico Nasty, and Ab-Soul. This will be Q's seventh full-length LP, and reportedly Q's first album written and recorded completely sober since he announced he quit smoking weed last May.

A release date and track titles are still to be announced. Q is also celebrating the tenth anniversary of his 2016 album, Blank Face, with a one night show at the Hollywood Palladium.
