Mo3's killer, Kewon White, admitted to shooting famed Louisiana rapper Boosie BadAzz when the rapper visited Dallas to attend a vigil for Mo3, who died November 11, 2020 after White shot him dead on a Dallas interstate.
"Shit. Wrong place, wrong time," White said while smiling in a prison interview with Cam Capone News. "Your affiliation got you fucked off."
White said that while he didn't see an issue with Boosie coming to pay his respects, he took umbrage with the fact Boosie interfered in the Texas beef.
"You come down here acting like you finna big-dog somebody, like you finna come put some shit in line, n***a. All right, we gon’ put something in line on your ass."
He continued:
"I didn't want to redrum him," White said . "If that was the case, that was easy. I could have did that multiple ways, multiple positions. I just did what I did to show that n***a stop playing," he said, before admitting to firing 10 shots at Boosie after an encounter in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas.
Boosie, naturally, took to social media to respond to the man who shot him:
"You wanna die in jail. Why would you file an appeal if you gonna do an interview talking about you had to kill [Mo3]. What's done is done. Talking about what you did to me. Why did you file an appeal? I know why. You wanna die in jail because you want to fuck them punks."
After being shot in Dallas, rumors swirled that Boosie had to have his foot amputated, but luckily he kept all of his limbs following two surgeries.
Earlier this month, a Dallas County jury found White guilty of capital murder in the death of Mo3, whose real name was Melvin Noble. State prosecutors allege that rival Dallas rapper Yella Beezy hired White to carry out the murder.
White is serving life in prison without the possibility of parole.
