Check out this video for "Pluto Bounce," which one of the handful of cuts to come off the new self-titled EP from Australia cloud rap duo Milwaukee Banks. Apparently, this video was shot on about 10 minutes worth of infrared film, so nearly everything in the video has this surreal red hue to it. Insane!
The music of Milwaukee Banks is quite psychedelic as well. I'm loving the vast atmosphere, subdued flows, serene synths, and resonant bass. It reminds me a bit of what A$AP Rocky was doing when he initially hit with tracks like "Peso," but Milwaukee Banks actually delivers on the more artsy implications of the cloud rap sound.
