On Parobalas, electronic music producer John Tejada hands out one minimal techno groove after another, complementing all of them with loads of atmosphere and subtle synthesizers.
The songs here are constantly in a state of flux, but the changes made are very slight and will go unnoticed if not listened to closely. But still, the sound and ambiance of the music is so good, it doesn't necessarily require the deepest of listens either. It's approachable at different levels of listening.
The album is out now via Kompact.
